DA2, right? Yeah, there's some graphical weirdness going on when characters change poses that I can't do much about.
As far as saving goes, I'm not sure about that one. Could you post your computer's specs? You're not trying to play off of a CD, are you? (I think that would work, but you'd have to save on you hard drive.) Also, you mention a save file. Have you been able to save once, but can't overwrite it?
(It's wierd, because it sounds like a file permissions error, but Windows doesn't work that way. Heh...)
