I'll play around with it when I get the chance, but I think that's a random error. For instance, it seems every once in a while TK2 will load one character of a program incorrectly, and if that happens in an #if statement for example, it can mess up the whole program. It's pretty rare, though, and only seems to happen when you've been playing for a while.
