I'll do both.  Possibly a selector in the begining to choose which main file to run, or at the very least I'll include instructions on how to swap the main file to run it in whatever will be the non-default mode.

Of course, it'd be really cool if we could just switch modes by hitting ALT+ENTER in-game, eh?  (*nudge* *nudge* Colin.  Heh...)
