That is actually the Final Fantasy 4 (2 on SNES) boss theme ported into Mario RPG (a very awesome Easter egg!)
In the Dark Age EX game install, you can find it under media/ff2_boss.mp3. It sounds slightly different since this is the FF instrument set (and I prefer this version, actually). I don't include it on the music download page since it's a straight rip.
