CD extras?

I believe i remember reading that when you buy the DA2 CD there were extras included. But now that you can download it for free and can no longer buy the CD, does that mean that there are no ways to get the extras anymore? I would be willing to buy a DA2 cd but I doubt they will be sold again... :(
