Teleport maze (DA2)

I found the one hint on that tablet with the scythe dude, which I highly assume is about the teleport maze. It's only half of it, and I've been looking for another half for a long time, but haven't found anything (I have a really over powered HP and MP as a result). So am I supposed to wing it, or is there another hint thing?

If not, just tell me how to get through.
