I'm sure a lot of us could help you with a custom menu system. Is their any part in particular that you are having difficulties with? Here is the structure I would use for a custom system...
<pre>Check if it is okay to open menu
Set a variable and open a while loop
Display the choices
Wait for a key
Preform the correct operation
End of while loop
Possibly use #Run("endofprogram.prg") if you are
having trouble making the program end
