DA2 CD owners: Upgrade patch to v1.12 available

I put up an upgrade patch on the download page for DA2 CD owners who want to keep their verision up to date .  If you already played through the game, don't worry about it as it's just a few minor fixes.  (Most of it is what killer_raven reported recently.  Heh...)
