Okay, now you need to record them to WAV files. First open up your MIDI and get it ready to play in the sound font you want. Then open up your master volume controls (usually the little microphone icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen, or you can get to it via the control panel). Go to 'properties', select 'recording' under the 'Adjust volume for' part, check all the boxes that appear below, and click on 'OK'.
You should now be at the recording volume control panel. From here, check either 'mono mix' or 'stereo mix' and make sure everything else is unchecked (microphone, etc.) You'll probably want the volume for the one you checked to be about 1/3rd of the way up (much higher will make your recordings have some static)
Now you're ready to record your MIDI to a WAV via Audacity. Open Audacity up and go to 'File' -> 'Preferences', click on the 'Audio I/O' tab, and put the channels on either '1 (Mono)', or '2 (Stereo)' depending on what you chose earlier. Now you should be ready to record.
Hit the record button and then start playing your MIDI with the new sound fonts. You should see the audio lines being mapped in Audacity as it records. When you're done, you can crop out any dead space at the beginning or end, add one of those cool fade outs, etc.
Now you can just go to 'File' and 'export as WAV' to save it as a WAV file. But you probably want an MP3, right? You need to get an extra DLL file in order for Audacity to be able to save files as MP3s (I think they say where to get it on their web page). Or you can get a freeware program like "WAV to MP3 Encoder".
