There are a few more extra things to do out there, but you don't necessarily need to do them before the Cave of Evil.
- Random Dungeon - Look for another island. Some good items farther on down. (Make sure to pick up the random dungeon patch that I keep forgetting to put up. (Heh...) Right-click and 'save as', then put that in your PRG folder).
- Ragnaros - Very tiny island. It's probably too early for this, though. (And he's insanely difficult if you don't have a few things from the Random Dungeon. Heh...)
