Xorlak was born on either May 6th, 1983, or June 5th, 1983. But at least we know now he's 22!

EDIT: Solved! 5683. 5 = May, 6 = 6th, 83 = 1983. Invert the month and day position, and you get June 5th, 1983.

The name's Ragtunos, Aminaga Ragtunos.
