Technically, yes it can. I tried this way back when I was starting DA2, but I found the AVI playback to be pretty lacking and decided not to mess with it further. This was with TK2, mind you. I haven't tried it with TK3. The commands are listed in the reference, so I assume they work, but there's a fair chance they're broken or haven't been implemented yet.
