Looks like it's coming along pretty well. But it still looks like it needs a bit more work, because of those bugs you mentioned.
Will you be able to move past other players? I think it would be pretty annoying, because I'm sure one of my friends would stand in my way, just to be an ass. =P
But I see this is in Toolkit 2, will this be working in TK3 at all? I don't think a lot of people are making TK2 games. Yet it would be fun to see something this in Dark Age.
