DAX is pretty awesome, Xorlak. I haven't got too many complaints, so let me post a few comments here.

Firstly, there's a pretty bad flicker after an enemy dies and everything gets redrawn--but with TK2's limited saveScreen() backbuffering, I understand this out of your control. Still, it seemed better in DAII.

In the King's speech, one of Vance's lines starts with 'Vance :'. This is incredibly minor, but worth nothing, in case you make a patch or something.

On the whole, the difficulty seems greater too. For example, I actually had to heal in the starting palace (whereas before I'd just let the knights fall and always win).

Stan! He's definitely better there than where I had placed him. :)

Elixers don't restore Darius' TP. They probably should. This very fact has broken my Mortis strategy, heh.

On the battle system, selecting run when you can't run probably shouldn't take your turn. I chose it by accident during the Mortis fight and it cost me!

Again, I've only played to Sarry's Mortis, but these are somewhat 'global' things and I thought I'd articulate them before I forgot. I look forward to the rest of the game.
